As in my opinion, Make it easy for kids to choose healthy snacks by keeping fruits and vegetables on hand and ready to eat.

I loved this post, although I do eat takeaways and other unhealthy foods myself sometimes I think it is all about balance and not many people teach their children this! I used to work in a food shop and hated nothing more than people with children coming in and just buying pizzas, chips, chicken nuggets and microwave meals just for convenience instead of teaching their children the importance of eating healthy and cooking proper meals! Another thing I hate is when people pick their children up from school and give them a packet of sweets for no reason what so ever, I don't think they realise that they aren't doing their children any favours at all!
